Chain Quest: Find the Portrait of Radion

Visit Rudvihil in Flaris, behind Losha in East-Fl
He is upset, he has lost his best drawing.
He is a collector of fine arts, and his favorite, most expensive picture is missing! It is a portrait of Radion.
He believes Helgar in SaintMorning has a clue.

Helgar thinks Rudvihil is mean, and wants revenge for the lost portrait.

QUEST: Visit Helgar in Saintmorning

REWARD: EXP (About 6% at level 28)

Helgar thinks he knows a way to get the picture back.
He speaks of High-Dwarpets, and the fact that they collect valuable items.
Helgar thinks they use clairvoyance to "see" where items are in their minds, and suggests you go visit them.

Tucani agrees to help find the picture with his powers.
He finds the item in his mind, and draws the face of the thieves who stole the picture...

QUEST: Visit [High-Dwarpet] Tucani in Leren Mountains, Flaris.
REWARD: Gain 1st Clue of Portrait, and EXP

Evidence of the Portrait 2

Tucani says more evidence is needed though.
He speaks of Black Magicians, and how their powers are used differently nowadays.
He also talks of a Magic Box made with this magic, called Ancimys.
Maybe the box can use the Psychmetria magic to form the place where something is. (Find it) 

Ancimys chants a funny spell, and finds the item, and writes down the "2nd Clue of Portrait" for you.

QUEST: Visit Ancimys (Base of Clockwork piece near PukePukes)
REWARD: Gain 2nd Clue of Portrait, and EXP

Get the Portrait Back

Ancimys says the two evidences are related to each other, and that both can be found in that place....
This isn't a lot of information to go on, but I will help you :o)

You must kill Troupe Member Red Bang's <lvl30>....

... till you Gain a Portrait of Radion.

Take the Portrait back to Rudvihil, and he takes it from you, and takes the clues you found.
He is very Rude, but you gain some nice Experience.

QUEST: Kill Troup Member of Red Bang for one "Portrait of Radion".
Return the Portrait to Rudvihil

REWARD: Experience (about 8% at level 29)
