It is not easy at all.  But I think you are very ready for it, because you have come all this way.
First we will have a simple test in order to check if youare qualified to be a successor.  It is a combat-ability test.

QUEST: Hunt 20 Normal Drillers in Darlon1.  Return to Ride.

Successor of Hero -Hall Document-
This is the letter of recommendation which shows that the Master recognizes you as a successor.  Please protect it with your life!  If you lose it you cannot prove that you are recognized.  
Please deliver the letter of recommendation to Domek who is the Billposter Wise-Man. 
He is at Fountain of Dead Person in the North if the Leren Mountains.
Oh, before you go to Domek, you have to get the Hall Document from Hoiren.  It is hiding domewhere in teh Garden of Rhisis.

QUEST: Hunt 1 Hoiren in Garden of Rhisis (Near Tomstonebearers).  Visit [Billposter Wise-man] Domek
Hoiren drops the Hall Document  into your bag.

Hmm? This is the Hall Document Roental who is the Billposter Hero. Hoiren was the pupil of Roentel, but he stole the document after Roentel died, then hide somewhere. But unfortunately he looks changed horribly, as you saw. Anyway, I deeply appreciate that you brought back this preecious relic.

Now let me tell you what you have to do now. Please deliver this relic to Segho.  He is from the Pesin family which has been managing the hall of the military arts for generations.
But i think he is not in the hall right now. He likes mountains very much, and I heard he is here in Flaris at the moment. He is a cragsman, so maybe he is somewhere in leren mountains. Please find him, and deliver the Hall Document.

Now please visit the priest Fera. She is managing the Alatar of the Billposter in Arians, Darkon 3. By the way, priest Fera is looking for something very important. It is the Poster of Skill which is the poster of Shadow Avatar, the skill of the Billposter hero Roentel. I heard that the grave robbers that controls the Steamwalkers have it. Please get the Poster of Skill from the Steamwalkers and bring it back to priest Fera in Arians.

Successor of Hero -Guardian-
Here is the symbol of the hero You need one more voucher in order to be recognized as a successor of the hero. There is a place called the Room of Guardians. It is in Guardiane.
In that place, the will of heros are being protected. 
Defeat the guardian spirit, Venel Guardian, and get its heart. The heart will be the second voucher. 
Please deliever the heart to Capafe who is the Billposter Guardian.
